Broward County's first and only dedicated training facility has a new home, and we are in the process of setting up the location. The location will be announced soon.
We train the lifts daily and are not using this to attract people because it has become trendy. There are those that pretend to be experts by association. The two coaches have a combined experience of 16 years with the lifts and training for the sport. By no means are with the auhority....just two guys with a love for the sport.
