- HBBS 80-85% (or jump 5-10lbs from last week) x 5 x 5
- Press 75% (or jump 5lbs) x 5 x 5
- CLDL +100% x 5 x 3
- Core (either GHD or K2E) 3 x Max
- Planks (3 sides) 3 x Max
- Roll / Stretch
