Warm-up: 1000m row (easy pace) + DROM + Burgener WU + BB Complex + 2 Pos Snatch
- Snatch: Build-up to 75-80% (approximately 3 to 4 sets) then do 20/20
- Take 5-10 minutes rest
- Row 500m intervals for 4 sets (full recovery before next set)
- Cool down, Roll, and Stretch....do extra shoulder mobility work
