Although we occassionally perform long distance runs, interval training provides more of the good stuff we are looking to get out of training. Today's WOD for those that can make it will be as follows:
SPRINT - –verb (used without object)
| 1. | to race or move at full speed, esp. for a short distance, as in running, rowing, etc. |
Rest as needed between intervals
- 100m
- 200m
- 400m
- 200m
- 100m
Please text me if you are able to make it. We will meet at Central Park at the 400m track.



Had I seen the post, I would have come to this one, but since I don't have computer access at work I couldn't!!! So instead, I ran a mile on the treadmill and swam a half mile in the pool. Oh well, maybe one of these days. Let me know the next time you are doing something like this, it will be great for my tri training and I would love to see you all again!!
