Tuesday 090922
Sorry for the delay in posts....between the day job and traveling, time has been scarce. San Diego was great and I met a lot of great affiliate owners and had a great time shooting talking shop and learning from some of the CrossFit HQ Staff. As always, I learned that I can always learn more.
We will be back on schedule this Thursday, Heritage Park, 6pm.
I had to dedicate the following to our own David G. As most of you know, David does Parkour or some variation of it. Last night while watching TV we stumbled across what I believe David does while at work....please take the time to watch the following video and post comments as to which one reminds you of David. Hopefully this promotes David's love of Parkour.
The best one is where they are leap frogging...and the guy that looks like David is yelling, "Get Off, Get Off"...Too funny.
David, all I have to say is...PARKOUR, PARKOUR!

I have seen this about 5 times and I'm still laughing. David, you should get a bumper sticker for your car that says... "I'd rather be Parkouring"

Hahaha... thanks for sharing this. Someone had told me they did this at The Office and I couldn't find the video anywhere
Yeah, pretty much that's me, except instead of doing it with a coffee mug, it's a handful of almonds... because you gotta be Paleo!!!
