K, guess missing out on Crossfit for so long would explain why I have no idea what you guys are talking about regarding "Paleo". Are we supposed to go out and kill buffalo or somethin?

don't know if anyone plans on meeting this week, let me know

To make it "Mostly Paleo" I followed a simple formula: Start with 2 steaks before your first beer, then for every beer, eat another steak... There! Mostly Paleo!!!
