Monday 090330
I would like to thank Jami, her sisters, and Dulcita for bringing food and drinks for after the WOD. It was nice to sit and talk with everyone after the workout...unfortunately, some of the members could not make it tonight...we even had frog legs and fish from Dulcita's Canal.
Tonight's WOD was short but intense:
- 15 Minute AMRAP
- 20 Box Jumps (M-30"/W-24")
- 15 Push-Ups
- 10 KB Swings (each arm)(M-53lb/W-44lb)
We will meet on Wednesday at 6pm, Heritage Park, first pavilion on the right after the guard gate.
